Refund and Returns Policy

Hawk Sports is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the terms outlined below.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.

How to Request a Return:

  2. You will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

Refunds:

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and pictures of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
